This website is operated by Shaun Leane Limited trading as 12 (“12”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

12 is an independent atelier founded by Shaun Leane. Each year, 12 creates a limited number of bespoke works across Fine Jewellery, Visionary and Objet d’art expressions, created by master jeweller Shaun Leane.

Any contract of sale arises only after written confirmation between you and 12. Until written confirmation is issued, no binding agreement exists.

4. Orders & Commissions

Payments are not processed automatically through this website. Where payment is required terms will be agreed in writing. Invoices or transfer details will be issued separately and payment schedules may vary depending on the commission.

No work will commence until agreed payment terms are confirmed.

All original works, designs, concepts, branding, website design elements, text, layouts and related creative materials created for 12 are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
